ABOUT The Centre for Legal Change (CLC)
The Centre for Legal Change (CLC) is an on-line public platform for discussions on jurisprudence and legal and judicial institutions with special focus on Indian Constitutional jurisprudence”, the jurisprudence and functioning of the Supreme Court of India and the Indian Constitutional vision of justice.. CLC reflects on how jurisprudence changes society and in turn how society changes jurisprudence in India. CLC also reviews global developments in jurisprudence — foreign and international. The work of CLC is coordinated by Prof. G. Mohan Gopal, former Director of the National Judicial Academy (India) and former Director (Vice Chancellor) of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
