Adv. Hasnath K.H is an accomplished legal practitioner known for her expertise in criminal, civil, MACT, and family law. A dedicated and dynamic professional, she excels in legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy. Her journey in the legal field has been marked by an unwavering commitment to justice, adaptability in challenging situations, and a passion for continuous learning.

Her legal career began with a strong academic foundation, earning a B.Com LL.B (Hons.) from Government Law College, Ernakulam (2019–2024). She previously completed her Higher Secondary education at Government Boys HSS, Perumbavoor, and her SSLC (ICSE) at Jnanodaya Central School, Kalady.

Currently, she is a legal practitioner at Adv. N. Ramesh & Associates in Muvattupuzha, where she actively represents clients in criminal and civil matters. Her expertise extends to vigilance, POCSO, MACT, and IAR cases. She has a strong grasp of legal drafting, having prepared petitions, affidavits, written statements, and injunctions. Additionally, she has conducted cross-examinations in various courts, held local commissions, and submitted commission reports to the Munsiff court.

Prior to this, she worked with KRS Associates, where she specialized in insurance law, NI Act, MACT, and family matters. Here, she enhanced her understanding of daily court procedures, legal research, and case law application.

Apart from legal practice, she is deeply engaged in legal research and writing. She is an Editor Trainee at LJRF (Law and Justice Research Foundation), where she has authored several insightful legal articles. Her role at LJRF has allowed her to refine her research skills and contribute to significant discussions in the legal domain.
