The Sree Narayana Manava Trust is organising a special talk to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution’s acceptance by the Constituent Assembly. The event will feature Prof. G.Dr. Mohan Gopal, a renowned Supreme Court lawyer, former Vice Chancellor of the National Law University, and ex-Chairman of the Judicial Academy. Prof. G.Dr. Mohan Gopal will deliver a thought-provoking talk on the topic, “The Role of the Supreme Court in Maintaining the Caste-Race System.” His insights will shed light on the complex relationship between the judiciary and caste in India.
