Daughter of Late K. Anantha Sivam a senior civil lawyer of Kollam. She started her practice with him after her law graduation from Govt Law College TVM. She did her LL. M from Cusat in 1985. Her career as a teacher started in 1989 in Govt Law College Calicut. Later to Govt Law College Ernakulam where she continued till 2009 when she got promoted to Govt Law College Thrissur as principal. Later in Govt Law college Ernakulam till 2014 and then to TVM till her retirement in 2015.
She was the Chairman of Board of studies of UG and PG in all three universities She was also the Dean and exam chairman in all the universities. After retirement age taught Maritime law in Kufos Kochi. She is Currently an academic advisor of LJRF State Chapter.

Dr. Sreerengan V R is a professional and academician in the areas of Operations Management and Law. He graduated in Law from the University of Pune and Post Graduated in the discipline of Mercantile Law from Annamalai University. He started his career in aviation engineering then he practiced as an advocate at the District Court Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, and performs the duties of legal consultant for DC and Current Books. He was faculty for mercantile law at DCSMAT, Vagamon and performed as Programme head for MBA at RIMS, Bengaluru. He is the former principal in charge of Ramaiah Institute of Legal Studies (RILS), Bengaluru. Presently he is working as faculty for Management in CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru.
