It provides direct and indirect lending including loans, equity support and refinancing. SIDBI has developed platforms like Udayam Assist, PSBLoans in 59 mins and Standupmitra to improve credit access and support startups.
ABOUT THE POST:
Name of the Post: Officer (Grade ‘B’) [ Stream – Legal]
Number of vacancies: 8
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any recognized University or Institution with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC and ST candidates) and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
(Desirable: LLM Degree or Company Secretary (CS) Qualified with proficiency in Computer Applications.
Work Experience: At least 5 years work experience as a Law Officer (permanent or on full time direct contract) in the Legal Department of:
- Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI); or
- Any All India Financial Institution like – Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM), National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), National Housing Bank (NHB), National Bank for Financing Infrastrcuture and Development (NaBFID) and SIDBI; or
- Scheduled Commercial Banks included in the II Schedule of the RBI Act, 1934; or
- Central Public Sector Exnterprises (CPSEs); or
- Non Banking Finance Corporations’ (NBFCs) registered with RBI
Pay Scale: Rs.55,200/- – Rs. 1,15,000/- [PayScale subject to Revision]
