The Litigation Wing of the Indian Army has called for applications from eligible candidates across the country to the post of Military Law Research Associate to engage in the various fields of litigation pertaining to service and administrative law.
ABOUT THE POST:
Name of Post: Military Law Research Associate
Number of Posts: 26 vacancies (New Delhi -11 ; Chandigarh & Lucknow- 4 each ; Chennai, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Kochi and Mumbai – 1 Each)
Eligibility:
- Must be a Law Graduate with minimum 55% aggregate from a recognized institution
- Minimum experience of two years Advocate/ Research Associate/ Legal Assistant in a Court of Law or any Government Office or reputed Law Firm or in an office of a reputed Advocate
- Must qualify AIBE ( All India Bar Examination)
Desirable: Post Graduate in Law with Research and Analytical Skills, writing abilities including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/ processes such as eSCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw. etc. and basic knowledge of computer (MS Office Tools).
Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- per month. (No TA/DA, allowances of any kind, or any accommodation will be allowed)
