KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts, MoUs, shareholder agreements, and NDAs
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions and memos
- Assisting in corporate advisory and compliance matters under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, etc.
- Supporting senior lawyers in client meetings, due diligence, and deal execution
- Coordinating with clients, regulatory bodies, and external counsels
- Ensuring timely filings, updates, and accurate documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- LLB from a reputed law school (additional certifications in corporate law are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and transaction structuring
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively
