To ease this struggle, the Kerala High Court Advocates’ Association (KHCAA) has introduced a structured Google Form–based system to connect enthusiastic junior lawyers with prospective senior advocates and law firms.
This initiative acts as a non-partisan bridge, ensuring that both juniors and seniors benefit from a streamlined, transparent, and privacy-assured process.
For Junior Lawyers
- Submit your details via the Google Form available on the KHCAA website https://khcaa.com/gateway-for-juniors/ /mobile app
- Your profile will be placed under one of the prescribed categories
- Senior lawyers can view (but not download) your CV, ensuring confidentiality
- Offers a valuable opportunity to be considered by a wide pool of seniors
This platform aims to provide a fair avenue for zealous and committed juniors to get placed in reputed law offices and build a strong foundation for their legal career.
For Senior Lawyers
- Email gatewaykhcaa@gmail.com to request access
- Access provided for 30 days
- Shortlist suitable juniors and directly contact them
- Access is restricted to the requesting email
Data sharing or forwarding access is strictly prohibited
Once selected, juniors must email gatewaykhcaa@gmail.com to remove their profile from the database.

Registration does not guarantee placement. It simply ensures your profile is visible to senior advocates and law offices seeking juniors. The KHCAA may use the information submitted in ways beneficial to both juniors and its members. All submitted data will be retained securely by the association.
