ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
SHS Chambers is hiring 2 advocates to join their team in Mumbai. Selected candidates will be entrusted with substantial responsibilities in managing a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft and assist in settling pleadings, applications, written submissions, legal notices and other litigation-related documents. Undertake legal research and contribute to the formulation of litigation strategy across diverse areas of practise. Brief and assist chamber seniors and Senior Counsel in matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Appear before Courts, Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals and other adjudicatory authorities, commensurate with experience. Liaise with clients, instructing advocates and counsel to facilitate the effective conduct of matters. Manage assisted matters efficiently and collaborate efficiently with the wider litigation team.
ELIGIBILITY AND EXPERIENCE
8-10 years of PQE
SALARY
Rs 30-36 Lakhs per annum
