About the Internship
The internship offers practical exposure to litigation, dispute resolution, and legal drafting, giving interns a deeper understanding of the day-to-day functioning of a professional legal practice.
Areas of Exposure
- Court proceedings, procedures, and filing processes
- Legal research and case-law analysis
- Drafting of legal notices, pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
- Litigation and dispute-resolution matters
- Case preparation and matter discussions
- Client interactions, subject to confidentiality and professional discretion
Eligibility & Preferred Skills
- Students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme
- Candidates with prior internship experience in litigation or law firms
- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
- Genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution
- Sincere, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Internship Details
- Location: Kolkata
- Duration: 1–3 months
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Reporting Time: 9:30 AM
