ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Centre for Constitutional Literacy,Nedumangad in association with Kerala Law Academy Law College(KLA Legal Aid Clinic and Services) will be organizing a Constitution Literacy awareness class for school students on 24th of January and would be inaugurated by Honourable Minister for Food and Civil Supplies , Consumer Affairs and Legal Metrology , Adv. G.R.Anil. The programme is scheduled at Nedumangad Girls Higher Secondary School from 10am to 12.30pm on the said date.The General topic dealt in will be regarding ‘Constitution Literacy for School Students‘.
The welcome address will be done by Smt. Neetha Nair R, Principal, Nedumangad Girls HSS. Smt. C.S. Sreeja, Municipal Chairman, Nedumangad will be delivering the presidential address for the programme. The felicitation for the programme will be done by Sri. S. Raveendran, Municipal Vice Chairman, Nedumangad, Smt. Arya Sunil Paul, Assistant Professor, Kerala Law Academy and the Faculty convenor of KLA Legal Aid Clinic and Services and Sri. Ajayakumar, PTA President, Nedumangad Girls HSS. Smt. Mincy M Chandy, Coordinator, Centre for Constitutional Literacy, Nedumangad constituency will be delivering the vote of thanks for the programme.
The introductory topic of the programme will be taken by Sri. G.S Gokul, Convenor for the Centre for Constitutional Literacy and General student convenor of KLA Legal Aid Clinic and Services. Sri. Aswin Rajeev, Joint Convenor of KLA Moot Court Society, Kerala Law Academy Law College will be handing the topic related to Women’s Rights. Ms. Gayathri Nair, Member of Centre for Constitutional Literacy and Legal Aid Clinic and Services will be taking the seminar giving emphasis on Constitution. Smt. Sindhu Thulaseedharan, Associate Professor and HOD, University of Kerala will also be a speaker in the programme.
