For the prisoners of Mavelikkara Special Sub Jail, as part of the Nervazhi project, legal awareness and anti-drug life skills classes were organized from 02/03/2022 to 05/03/2022. Mavelikkara Additional District & Sessions Judge Dr. Mohid CS inaugurated the program .
District Probation Officer presided over the function and Jail Superintendent Shri. Praveesh TJ welcomed the gathering. Mavelikkara Taluk Legal Services Committee Secretary Mr. Suresh Kumar . LJRF representative Adv. Rose Mariam C.B. and Mr. Liju Thomas, Coordinator of the organization ‘ Accept ‘ spoke on the occasion .
Vote of appreciation was delivered by Sri. Santhosh G, Probation officer and Sri. Linu Sibichan, Probation Assistant.
Mavelikkara Additional District & Sessions Judge Smt. Zine S.S inaugurated the valedictory function and presented certificates of participation to all who attended the event
The legal awareness program aimed to promotes self-reliance and autonomy among the imprisoned population and was successfully concluded.
