About The LAW AND JUSTICE RESEARCH FOUNDATION (LJRF)
The Law and Justice Research Foundation (LJRF) is a society registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific, and Charitable Societies Registration Act and also an entity registered under NITI Aayog, Government of India. It works toward the promotion of fundamental constitutional literacy, the establishment and management of institutions for the promotion of legal education, and the carrying out of social audits to analyse the effects of laws on society as a platform for all legal luminaries and securing law and justice in India.
About Centre for Probation Reforms
The LJRF Centre for Probation Reforms is an initiative from the LJRF Kerala State Chapter aimed at providing capacity development for probation support teams consisting of Police Officers, Legal Councilors, Law students, MSW students, and social workers under the District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Pathanamthitta, initiated for the first time on November 15, 2020.

It should be emphasized that any of the aforementioned themes are acceptable for submissions. The authors are also welcome to submit manuscripts on any subthemes.
Submission Guidelines
- All the submissions must be in (.docx) format.
- The work submitted shall be original and unpublished
- Plagiarism should be limited to 10%.
- Manuscripts must include an abstract of 250-300 words. The abstract must highlight the structure and the essence of the manuscript.
- Authors are requested to strictly adhere to our Submission Guidelines.
- Manuscripts not in conformity with the Submission Guidelines may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board reserves the right to send the manuscripts back to the authors for any modification(s) at any stage, in the event of non-conformity with any of the submission guidelines.
- Authors shall receive an email acknowledging the receipt of their manuscript within ten days of receiving the entry.
- The Editorial Board may, in its absolute discretion, waive any of the above rules or amend the process. In case of any dispute or ambiguity, the decision of the Editorial Board shall be final and binding.
- Manuscripts should meet the below-mentioned word limit criteria:
Articles: 2500-3000 words
Short Articles: 1500-2000 words
Case Commentaries: 700-1000 words

- The word limit is exclusive of the abstract and the footnotes. Any citation style may be followed; however, it must be uniform throughout.
- Submissions must be made on or before 23:59 hours on July 31, 2023
- All the Articles, Short Articles and Case Commentaries being contributed for the Centre for Probation Reforms are to be sent at:ljrfprobation@gmail.com
- The name of the author, the institution, and contact details (phone number and mail ID) should all be included in the manuscript.
