As a part of the 74th Constitution day celebrations on November 26,2023, The Kerala State Law (Official language publication cell) department is organising the 1st All Kerala Oration competition “ Vagmi – 2023” based on Constitution related topics.
Eligibility
Open to the students of Government / aided Arts and Science Colleges and Government Law Colleges
Only one student from each college can participate in the competition
Details of the competition
The competition will be conducted in Malayalam language. It will be conducted in three rounds. The preliminary rounds will be conducted in the virtual mode. Semifinals will be held regionally at Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, and Kozhikode. The final rounds will be held at Thiruvananthapuram.

Awards and prizes
1st price – Rs 25,000/-, trophy and certificate
2nd price – Rs 15,000/-, trophy and certificate
3rd price – Rs 10,000/-, trophy and certificate
Memento and certificates will be given to the other finalists
