Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: LLB Degree (First Class) from a recognized university, completed on or before 01.04.2024.
- LLM, additional qualifications, research experience, published papers, and relevant post-qualification experience are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the relevant field.
- Age Limit: Not more than 32 years as of 01.01.2024.

- Application Screening: Based on educational qualifications, relevant experience, and additional proficiencies.
- Written Examination: Candidates will be tested on topics including:
- Constitution of India
- Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
- Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
- Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023
- Indian Contract Act
- Civil Procedure Code
- Administrative Law
- Legislative Drafting
- Evaluation: Final selection by an Evaluation Committee comprising senior officials of the Department.
