Law and Justice Research Foundation Announces Winners of Essay Writing Competition 2026

The Law and Justice Research Foundation (LJRF), through its Centre for Constitutional Literacy, successfully conducted the Essay Writing Competition 2026 with the objective of promoting constitutional awareness, legal research, and academic writing among students and legal enthusiasts across India. The competition was organised around the theme, “The Social Significance of India’s Constitution,” encouraging participants to critically engage with the philosophy, evolution, and contemporary relevance of the Constitution of India.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from aspiring legal scholars and researchers who submitted insightful and analytical essays reflecting originality, clarity of thought, and a strong understanding of constitutional values. The initiative formed part of LJRF’s broader mission to strengthen constitutional literacy and encourage meaningful discourse on law and justice among the younger generation.

After a careful evaluation of the submissions by the judging panel, Mini Sebastin and Abhirami G Nair were awarded the First Position for their exceptional performance and scholarly contribution. Anna Sam and Yamini Kandpal secured the Second Position for their well-researched and thoughtful essays. Alfina KS was awarded the Third Position in recognition of her commendable academic effort and legal analysis.
