Eligibility
- Full-time LL.B. (3-year or 5-year integrated) with a minimum of 60% marks, or LL.M., from a Government-recognised University/Institute.
- Specialisation in Corporate Law, Contract Law or Labour Law will be preferred.
- More than 1 year of post-qualification work experience in corporate legal, contract management or litigation support roles.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing and finalising EPC, O&M, land, consultancy, supply and tender-related agreements.
- Developing and maintaining standardised contract templates.
- Providing legal assistance during tendering, bidding and project execution.
- Advising management on company law, contract law, labour laws, electricity laws and environmental regulations.
- Handling legal matters relating to land acquisition, leases, sub-leases, transfers and approvals.
- Managing litigation and arbitration matters and coordinating with external counsel.
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks and monitoring regulatory developments.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on Screening-cum-Personal Interview carrying 100 marks. Candidates must secure a minimum of 50 marks to qualify. Final selection will be based on merit among candidates securing the qualifying marks.
