About Lok Nyay Seva Kendra
Lok Nyay Seva Kendra is a dedicated legal aid cell established to promote legal awareness, access to justice and legal empowerment, particularly among students, citizens and economically weaker sections of society. Its initiatives include legal aid, counselling, awareness programmes and community outreach.
About the Internship
The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to legal aid, legal research, legal awareness and social justice initiatives.
Interns may get exposure to:
- Legal research and case analysis
- Legal drafting
- Legal aid and access-to-justice initiatives
- Legal awareness campaigns
- Community outreach programmes
- Social justice and public-service initiatives
- Interaction and mentorship with legal professionals
Eligibility
- Students pursuing 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. programmes
- Students with an interest in public service, legal aid, community engagement and social justice
