About KMCT Law College :
KMCT Law College is a center of excellence in legal education, affiliated to the University of Calicut and approved by the Bar Council of India. Established under the KMCT Group of Institutions, the college offers integrated BBA LL.B and B.Com LL.B programmes along with a three-year LL.B course, and is committed to academic excellence, ethical values, and professional legal training through moot court training, legal aid clinics, seminars, and case law discussions.
About the Seminar :
The seminar aims to explore how technology and artificial intelligence are transforming law, governance, and society. As algorithms increasingly influence education, employment, healthcare, banking, governance, and social media, they raise pressing concerns around privacy, accountability, fairness, and human rights.
The seminar will bring together academicians, legal professionals, researchers, and students to examine the intersection of law and technology in the digital age, encouraging discussion on cyber law, digital justice, AI regulation, data protection, and online freedom, with the broader goal of promoting innovative legal ideas and responsible regulation that balances technological advancement with constitutional values, ethics, and justice.

Guidelines for Paper Submission :
- The paper must be original and unpublished.
- Abstract should be between 250–300 words, along with 4–5 keywords.
- The full paper should not exceed 5,000 words.
- References must follow ILI citation style.
- A maximum of two authors is permitted per paper.
- The manuscript must be in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- The similarity index should be below 10%.
- Abstracts and full papers should be submitted via email to kmctnationalseminar@gmail.com.
