About the Opportunity
The internship is designed to provide continuous, hands-on exposure to litigation. Interns will gain practical experience through participation in courtwork, case preparation, drafting, and direct interaction with advocates, rather than being limited to research-based assignments.

- Daily exposure to proceedings before the Madras High Court, Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT).
- Practical training in drafting pleadings, grounds of appeal, and other legal documents.
- Opportunity to assist with case preparation and procedural work.
- Direct interaction with advocates and partners.
- Exposure to client management and litigation strategies.
- Hands-on learning in an active litigation environment.
Eligibility
- Students currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree.
- Candidates should be punctual and proactive.
- Applicants should have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in litigation.
