The District Legal Services Authority Thiruvananthapuram is in the process of collecting maximum books for many children through it’s Book Challenge for inmates. Through this challenge the authority is planning to provide an opportunity for the younger generation inmates. In this noble work Law and Justice Research Foundation (LJRF) has played it’s major part by donating various books for those children to read and grow to a glorious future. The Law and Justice Research Foundation has given Mahatma Gandhi’s autobiography, Guardian of property, Daughter of nature, General Knowledge 2022, Greek Mythological Books, Mahabharata and Ramayana children’s edition and lot more to open a whole new world for them with the motto of widening the scope new ideas in them.
Adv.Sunitha LJRF State treasurer and Adv Bindhu coordinator LJRF Teachers Development Programs TDP handed over collected books to District Legal Services Authority Thiruvananthapuram Secretary on yesterday. So that by the enlightenment they will get new ideas and in that way the right to freedom of speech and expression may find a new hope in the builders of future India.
Because reading is considered as a key element in enriching one’s knowledge and it has to be practiced at a very young age but there are children who are unable to get such an opportunity therefore for the children in orphanage who among them there are children who survived pocso and other abuses so to give them a new ray of happiness and knowledge District Legal Services Authority is collecting as much as possible books for providing them to read this books and the book challenge is ongoing.
