Parashari and Associates is inviting applications for its Litigation Internship Programme for July and August 2026. The internship offers law students and fresh graduates an opportunity to gain practical exposure to Civil and Criminal litigation by working closely with experienced legal professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth legal research on complex legal issues.
Assist in case drafting, documentation, and written submissions.
Support the team with court filings, client consultations, and procedural work.
Gain direct exposure to Civil and Criminal litigation matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
Students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. programme (2nd or 3rd year).
Students pursuing a 5-year Integrated LL.B. programme (4th or 5th year).
Fresh law graduates interested in building a career in litigation.
Candidates should possess:
Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
A proactive and enthusiastic learning attitude.
Preferred Knowledge:
Basic understanding of:
Code of Civil Procedure (CPC)
Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS)
Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA)
Location
Chamber No. 13, Adhivakta Bhawan, Commissioner Court, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
