Airports Authority of India invites applications for several posts
The Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise and a Schedule ‘A’ Mini Ratna Category-I organisation, has invited online applications for the recruitment of Managers and Junior Executives in various disciplines.
The recruitment is being conducted under Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT.

Law Posts
1. Manager (Law)
Vacancies: 2
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a Professional Degree in Law, either:
- 3-year regular LL.B. course after graduation; or
- 5-year integrated regular law course after 10+2.
Candidates should also be eligible to enrol themselves as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India to practise in courts in India.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the field of Law is required.
Age Limit:
Maximum 32 years as on 07 September 2026, subject to applicable relaxations.
2. Junior Executive (Law)
Vacancies: 6
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a Professional Degree in Law, either:
- 3-year regular LL.B. course after graduation; or
- 5-year integrated regular law course after 10+2.
Candidates should also be eligible to enrol themselves as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India to practise in courts in India.
Experience:
No work experience is required.
Age Limit:
Maximum 27 years as on 07 September 2026, subject to applicable relaxations.
Salary & Benefits
Manager –
Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000
Approximate CTC: ₹21 lakh per annum
Junior Executive –
Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000
Approximate CTC: ₹14 lakh per annum
In addition to basic pay, eligible employees may receive Dearness Allowance, perks at 35% of basic pay, HRA and other benefits including CPF, gratuity, social security schemes and medical benefits as per AAI rules.
Age Relaxation
The notification provides for applicable age relaxations, including:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
PwBD: Up to 10 years, subject to the conditions specified in the notification
Eligible Ex-servicemen/Commissioned Officers: Up to 5 years
Eligible regular AAI employees: Up to 10 years
All eligibility conditions are to be reckoned as on 07 September 2026.
Application Fee
The application fee is:
₹1,000/- inclusive of GST
The fee must be paid through online mode only.
Fee Exemption
The following candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee:
- SC candidates
- ST candidates
- PwBD candidates
- Women candidates
- Apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI
Selection Process
The recruitment process includes a Computer Based Test (CBT) for all posts.
The CBT is objective-type and, according to the notification, there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
Depending on the post, the CBT will be followed by:
Computer Based Test → Application Verification / Subsequent Tests → Interview, where applicable
For Post Codes 1 to 11, an interview is included as part of the selection process.
