Finding the right law office to begin your legal career can be challenging. To bridge this gap, the Kerala High Court Advocates’ Association (KHCAA) has introduced a dedicated placement portal designed to connect junior lawyers with senior advocates and law offices seeking associates.
The platform serves as a professional networking and placement mechanism, enabling junior lawyers to showcase their profiles while allowing senior advocates to identify suitable candidates for legal practice opportunities.
MONTHLY PLACEMENT SCHEDULE
To ensure an organized and efficient process, the portal operates on a fixed monthly cycle:

FOR JUNIOR LAWYERS
Submission Window
Junior lawyers can submit their details through the official KHCAA Mobile Application or Website between the 1st and 15th of every month.
Profile Categorization
Submitted profiles will be classified into one of seven designated categories based on the information provided by the applicant.
Privacy Protection
The portal prioritizes the privacy of applicants. Senior advocates may view profiles for recruitment purposes; however, downloading, sharing, or unauthorized distribution of profile data is strictly prohibited.
Placement Intimation
If a junior lawyer is selected by a senior advocate or law office, they are required to inform KHCAA at gatewaykhcaa@gmail.com so that their profile can be removed from the active database.
FOR SENIOR LAWYERS
Access Window
KHCAA members seeking junior associates may request access to the portal between the 16th and the last day of every month by contacting gatewaykhcaa@gmail.com.
Access Validity
Approved access remains valid for 30 days from the date of authorization.
Confidentiality Requirements
To maintain data security and professional ethics:
- Access is restricted to the email address used for the request.
- Sharing login credentials, profile data, or folder access is strictly prohibited.
- All information available through the portal must be treated as confidential.
Direct Recruitment
Senior advocates can review profiles and directly contact suitable candidates regarding interviews, internships, associate positions, and other professional opportunities.
